Can/U.S. oil to gas price spread highest ever

$95/barrel oil, $1.30/L for gasoline. 3 years ago, $140/barrel for
oil, $1.40/L gas. I'd just like the thank Obama, and enviroQUEERS for
shutting down all the refining capacity in Canada and the U.S. and
making this all possible.
