law mattered, the judge would have paid attention the IL law on the

Blah...... blah...... nice opinion.

Fact, the judge didn't care about the IL requiring compliance to the
MUTCD. Of course you gloss over any law that requires government or
police compliance.

No, I pretty much just gloss over anything coming from you related to
cops.

I see you read "judge" as "cop". That might be part of your problem.

No, I read "police" as "cop". I always thought that was the same thing.

The key word is 'judge'.

have been here. As you said, it might not have even been your signal.

According to IL law, it should not be visible to me in that case. But
hey, the laws that apply to the government don't matter to you or the
court.

Just your compliance.... We can't help that you can't figure out which
signals to pay attention to. Everyone else seems to be doing fine with
it.

Actually everybody else doesn't as I observed behavior at the
intersection. But as usual you don't want the law to apply to government
or it's thugs, only us poor serfs.

Kinda.... as serfs that I and my family have to share a roadway with.
Please pay attention.

Yes, that's what the judge said was not believeble about what I said.
That I was going slow and paying attention to traffic when having a green
signal because normal people barrel on through on green without looking.

It's all about you.
Yeah, I take it kinda personally when someone endangers me that way.
Or you endanger others.

How so? With a bicycle and no traffic near me other than the ass driving
the SUV who chose to come within 12 inches of me.

The intersection issue...

I endangered no one as there was a clear gap. Nobody had to so much as
brake.

It's about _revenue_ taxation at the roadside.

Oh... nope, it's not about you, it's about taxation without
representation!
It sure is funny how most of us can go through life without that
hassle.

I don't know anyone in the chicago area who hasn't. Even my very sedate
driving friend got a ticket right after he had a headlamp burn out. Cop
and judge said he should have had a spare in the trunk and replaced it
immediately on the side of the road.

I get revenued every three to four years.

That's funny. I have many non-cop friends and family (because I know
you'd
use that as an excuse) who never get revenued. Neither one of my
parents,
for example, have had tickets since they were younger than I am.

Unlike you, I don't live in mayberry. You assume the whole world is like
your little town, and assume wrong. I don't you or your non-cop friends
are more legal in their driving than I. When they start driving around
the chicago area late on friday and saturday nights let me know. If I
didn't go out at that time I would be like your friends, never followed,
and not ticketed.

It's not a little town by any means, but I guess I'm glad that I don't live
in Chicago. I guess you need to pay more attention up there.

Come on by... second thought, bring something with out of state plates.
That screams revenue.
