first time I have seen an emergency vehicle, NOT do that.
Yep, absolutely the cop's fault. They are required to slow to verify
intersection clearance, at least if the light is red. This cop didn't
do that.
Hell, I didn't even realize it was red. Yup, his fault. But I wonder
if the civilian will get blamed?
Of course, but only because a cop is always right.
