Again, for the thousandth time, nobody can state that speedometers are
necessary for driving, WITHOUT referring to other things that have
nothing to do with driving.
Avoiding speed tix has lots to do with driving.It's not like you're on a
closed course;there's other drivers out there,and POLICE.
Speeding tickets and speed limits and
cops, etc., have nothing to do with driving. For that matter, all
those things have nothing to do with SAFE driving, either.
If one wants to be "safe" from speeding tix,it has a lot to do with driving
on public roads.
All that
stuff is unnecessary to the safe operation of a motor vehicle.
Having trouble picturing that? Then remove cops from the picture,
Utopian,wishful thinking. It AINT gonna happen,ever.
We are talking about the REAL WORLD here.
*Practical* driving,on public roads.
