So basically,m the state Maryland empowers assholish control freaks that
block the passing lane and then fines people who become frustrated and
need to punch it around them on the right. (speeding which everyone
does, passing on the right because the passing lane is blocked, cutting
back to the left with less than optimal distance because it's unfair to
cut it close to the driver who is keeping right like he's supposed to)

Remind me never to go to such a backwards state of claybrookian thought.
