I think you and other people arguing like that
are just scared to be caught and not having anymore the right for some
"minor" traffic violations.
I agree that this also applies to me -- in a sense that it would be easier
to catch me speeding on the highway
-- I'm not speeding inside towns.
But I strongly favor that laws are obeyed -- maybe people come to there
senses and allow higher speeds on highways
-- as soon as they cannot do 80mil/hour anymore on a 65mil/hour highway.
