Um no, these are things put out by government agencies and the like.
I've never reas a "BIKING publication".

I am discussing what motorists do to ME quite frequently. I am pointing
out that speed is of the bicyclist is not even a factor in the rude
behavior as I move as fast in these situations as I would while driving
and no one tries this *** when when I am driving.

Clique? Not at all. Just the random chance of the co-workers I've had.
I've never talked to any of these people outside of a work event except
for the one I rode with on the way home once or twice because we left at
the same time and were going the same route for several miles.
