Yes, often a sloth blockage leaves huge sections of roadway empty and
unused. I'll go faster to get past the sloth then slow (but still
faster than the sloth) once in the clear. Much less stressful to drive
in the clear than in crowd behind the sloth blockage regardless of speed.
