I had use of an old 4-channel version once, lousy compared with the stuff
available today. 12-channel mono is so archaic.
Are there no discreet input and output connectors?

So either... divide it into two 6-source mixers by adding another mix bus
serving the re-routed 'odd-number' channels or numbers 7-12, and copying its
'fixed' output stage, or... rip out and save those input transformers!
NB The pots might be clapped out.
