I bought one a few years back from Mikkel Simonsen. His email at that
time was xxxmcs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (remove the xxx). It also included a
pair of relay controllers that can be used for mute or B+ delay.

I couldn't recall his contact details.

The ppl at altronics.com.au used to have a remote kit and I addapted one
for a preamp I made in 2003 for a guy in Qld, which works fine.

But they stopped kit production and afte a Google search I could not
find something
simple.

I've emailed Mikkel and will se what happens.
