did not have a "Specific Performance" clause in his contract as he
took you as a man of your word. I also guess that he decided it was
easier in the very long run to let you fester in your general
silliness than take action against you. After all, the cost of 12
transformers is cheap at the price against the lesson learned.

Were you an honorable individual, you would have paid for the "review"
material in advance with refunds coming with the promised designs and
supporting data. Then your word would not be in question even a little
bit. Well... I guess not.

You do not need "conspiracies" against you. You make a complete prat
of yourself all by yourself and with no help from anyone.
