Although I don't have anything like the technical knowledge of yourself,
Patrick and several others here, I often get e-mails asking me for help.
usually simple things.
People pick me 'cos I have a kind face:-)
I find that thinking about the answer their question and checking
the details is useful revision. I am happy to help if I can. Also, I
appreciate the help of people here, when I ask a question.
