still have my prized 2N301, which I paid an absolute fortune for. It was a
wonderous thing for a young schoolboy. I had no idea that transistors got
warm, 'till I started mucking about with my 2N301. Unlike a slew of AC128s,
it was not destroyed by my ignorance.
