I finally have my latest revised website up and running.

I took a quick look at the site whole and checked the Quad II page in
detail. It works on my Mac in its native Safari.

There are details your pro-webmaker will want to attend to, like text
breaking into short and long lines, which is unacceptable even for an
amateur-made site. But I would be tempted to say, so what? It's the
information that counts; make sure your pro knows that. Check out my
site, which is as simple as a professionally made site can possibly
be--it proceeds from the principle that the text is the most important
thing, and that the meaning carries all the bells and whistles
necesary.

Its about 18MB for those wanting to download the lot to be able to
browse it on their PC.

Mmm. After the heresy I read on the Quad II page, I'm not so sure I
want to be anywhere near you when the KKK (Kwad Kwality Kontrol)
arrives to fire up a cross on your lawn. "Patrick Turner? Who? Never
heard of him. Is that a *** crowing or my wife calling me in?"

I hope to get around to updating the site a bit more often as time goes
by and as
items arise which deserve a full html page with images and graphs.
I am currently working on a pair of SET 45 watt 845 monobloc amps which
will have all details published when I am done.

I have a guy who is presently preparing a version of the site using MS
Front Page which I found hard to use compared to
Mozilla wysiwyg, which is what I used to make the new site.
If I like the Front Page version, I will replace the site probably
within a few days/weeks, but at present
the info appears to all be there with a much better looking lot of
schematics and design info for
DIYers et all.

I tested the site and it seemed to work OK in Mozilla, Firefox, MS
Internet Explorer.
My ancient Netscape 4.7 browser makes a slight mess of things by getting
the position of images and graphs
wrong but at least they are present.

Please be so kind to report irregularities to me as you find them, since
I for one am not perfect
but I enjoy the friendship I try to have with you all.

Should there be anything unclear, contradictory, or requiring further
explanation, please let me know.

Regards,

Patrick Turner.
