Ampeg problems

I also posted this in alt.guitar.amps but I would try here too.
The other night I was playing through my buddy's old bass amp--an Ampeg
B-25B-- and it just quit while I was playing (we were playing out, of
course). Both channels stopped working, nothing but a barely audible
fuzztone type sound from both channels. He had 6550's in it which I
subbed with known good 6L6's, nothing changed. Anybody have any ideas
as to where I might start looking for the problem, I couldn't check the
preamp tubes at the show so I don't know how those are holding up. I
thought it might the driver tube (7199) since both channels went at
once but it's brand new as are all the others so it seems like that
shouldn't be it. Blown Cap maybe? rectifier tube? could something have
happened to the OT? I haven't had a chance to look at the amp again,
any ideas or suggestions as to where to start looking would be greatly
appreciated.
