That's a corporate/right winger myth.

There IS no "restraint of trade" issue here. The seller, Charlie
Nudo, 160 Bear Run Dr., Drums, PA 18222, aka 66fourdoor and eBay and
akaim8 on audiogon, is a well documented and infamous eBay fraudster
and con artist. The documentation on Usenet goes back years on his
illegal scams and immoral frauds. Thus, he has absolutely NO claim to
any "restraint of trade" issues, since he is:

1.) A well known petty criminal
2.) Is misrepresenting the item in question, the rusty Fisher with
the cheesy tubes.
3.) Has repeatedly violated eBay Terms of Service, Google Terms of
Service, his own ISP's Terms of Service and so on for years,

....and thus, cannot come before any court in the land with "clean
hands," which would eviscerate any case he may have for "restraint of
trade," slander, whatever. In other words, he's toast.

As for you, you need to wipe that egg off your face. It makes it look
like you and Jerkin' Yerke have been up to something.
