Most people on RAT occasionally sell something they have made. Some are
in the business, like Sander and Patrick.
Umm.....just to avoid any confusion:
Tube audio (both repairs and building) is just a hobby for me.
I know at the time we got acknowledged, I ran a business myself, but
that went belly up in 1998.
Since then, I've been what they call a "jack of all trades", being
removed from audio further and further.
Only recently, I got back to audio as a profession.
I accepted a job at a small, but very nice sound reinforcement
company as a design engineer (among other things, the place is so
small that one day I'm repairing things, the other day I'm taking or
placing orders at the phone, while the real designing of stuff happens
mostly at home, where they at least won't bother me :-) ).
