Thats the only specs I can find.
They are still available and the prices range down from ~$8, so nothing
exotic. My suspicion based on its being a GE is originally for TV use.
But that is not a bunch more than a SWAG.

AES was selling them for $1 each but sold out pretty fast. These came from ebay and the price was right :)
