The blanket won't do very much to keep out moisture but then
if the unit spends days or weeks at temps below freezing it really souldn't
matter as long
as nobody turns it on and tries to play it.
Why have the Hammond on the front porch? isn't it asking for someone to steal
it?

When its moved back inside with humans it will dry out as it warms up and music
will be unchanged, although after moving a cold organ indoors it could
suffer condensation so leave it day or two to evap the conden and you will be
OK.
