writing mac cdr image file to pac

I've downloaded a subwoofer setup cd which was created on a Mac... it was
compressed using Stuffit and the filename is *.cdr.
I've spent about an hour looking on the internet for tips on how to burn
this puppy on my PC using Nero or any other software... the closest I think
I got was to rename the *.cdr file to *.nrg and then Nero recognizes it as a
"foreign image file" and brings up some import parameters such as block
size, etc. I used the defaults and the image burned just fine.
But the disk isn't recognized as an audio disk. Or any other disk by
windows for that matter... it shows up blank.
Can someone tell me if it's possible to burn this disk on a PC and, if so,
which software I need? I do not have access to a Macintosh or I'd just do
that.
Thanks
Dave
