ATT dropping Usenet -- SOS!

Hi folks:

Well, my internet provider, AT&T, is dropping Usenet as of July 15th. In
order to keep up with this continuing soap opera of a newsgroup, I'll need a
new ISP. (Besides, AT&T's service has been pretty poor in the last couple of
months.) Any suggestions for a provider that's cheap, has Usenet and will do
dial-up?
