Hello, all-

I'm looking for a hand-held recorder to replace our lost
Zoom H4. Street price in the $350-400 range would be
ideal. Anybody have a favorite? Any I should definitely
avoid? Reliability/sound quality anecdotes? Thanks!

If you like the H4, why not get another?

The M-Audio Microtrack is an alternative for I guess a little less.

Are you using the line/mic inputs or the built in mics? If the latter, just
get another H4.
