I recommend reading the manual. If you want, I'll send you the very old
"Introduction to Unix" that Sun published 20 years ago. It's dated in
some ways, but everything in it still works.

There is a file in your home directory called .login and it is executed
when you log in. Every time you open a new shell (which includes every
time you open a new window) it will also run another script (probably
called .cshrc or .profile depending on which shell you are using). You
can put things in there and have them run when you want.

who want to learn Linux.

Yes. You're going to have to learn how the operating system works in at
least basic ways, the same way you did with Windows. Life is like that.
