Hello!

I'm looking for recommendations for (economically priced)
sound card with 192 kHz sample rate that is flat up to 80
kHz. It should preferably be external (USB). Any
suggestions? Anyone using one that can be recommended?

It's PCI, but the M-Audio AP 24192 qualifies.

Also, check out eMu. They have reasonably-priced high performance audio
interfaces.
