Voice and music have suddenly become fuzzy/muffled from the speakers.
This is identical whether a CD is playing or radio is coming though.
The tuner-amp is fairly new and the speakers are good quality.
It is not the harsh buzz you get if a ground wire comes loose. Fine
tuning / adjustment on the tuner makes no difference.
The speaker cables are secure.
Help! Any suggestions?
The tweeters are blown. One of the power supply legs on the amp is blown.
Some of the output transistors are blown. A woofer is torn. A woofer
is scraping from having been overheated. The fuses on the tweeters blew
to protect them.
