I keep forgetting to change the subject.

This problem is solved, sort of.

The new problem has to do with a mouse, a keyboard, a computer with
USB ports and no PS/2 ports, a Mackie hard disk recorder with PS/2
ports and no USB ports, and a KVM switch, four drops of newt's blood,
two ounces of powdered lizard skin, and a mojo hand.
