who still uses Dolby SR?

Hi Folks,
Just a quick survey question to try to get a handle on the possible
applications and market (if any) there would be for a digital Dolby SR
implementation, either in plug-in form or as hardware. For example,
didn't the old optical movie soundtracks use this for NR?
Any information or statistics would be useful.
