That doesn't negate the horrible outcries of pain and problems on the
MS newsgroups that are coming from VISTA users. Microsoft will not
only refund your purchase of the OS at this point, but they will even pay
your shipping charges to return it... and a number of box builders are
offering DOWNGRADE options to prevent the returning of the systems.
You're probably right on this one. Since I posted, I've been hearing
some bad stuff from the IT people in my company.
