Anybody here remember a series of physics flicks that were really well done?
One was called "Frames of Reference"; another showed the two protagonists
from Planet X, wearing little "X" monograms on their shirts. The two guys
who starred in them were witty, and got the material across very
effectively.
Those films were produced by the Physical Sciences Study Committee which
I think was created in the wake of Sputnik.
I don't know if the original film is available (it is listed in my 1974
Directory of Educational Films as being still in print back then), but
I found this:

I don't have access to any of the PSSC films, but I do have access to 16mm
prints of all the Bell Labs educational films and I often show them at
science fiction conventions between the main features.
