Stories of recording session disasters?

Any stories about disasters during a session - band member
disagreements - fighting - someone pulling/using a weapon etc. - or
even a romantic tiff - & trash your expensive gear, someone has a
heart attack & dies, gear dies at worst possible time under time
crunch, whatever.
