How many ticks per quarter note (resolution) are you set to?

Just curious to know if there's anykind of standard out there.

I've been using 192 on Sonar because I know all the milestones by heart, but
am considering upping that number. Will that have an effect on CPU usage?
And is there anykind of standard resolution used by Protools and/or other
industry tools (like 480 ticks, for instance) that I may just as well get
used to right away?
