Well, hehe, this did occur to me. The RNC unit says "AC/AC adaptor",
the other only said "AC adaptor" - I assumed it was AC/AC..


Also keep in mind that even if the AC/DC matches, and the volts
are the same, you will need an adapter that is rated at the
stock unit's amperage, or better.
