Yup, obviously a typo. I was visualizing the left or bellows hand but
typed 'right'.

The problem isn't likely to be the Dopler Effect unless the player is
moving the bellows at somewhere near the speed of sound. >>

Uh, no, it doesn't have to be quite that fast. Walk briskly away from
a piano as it's being played & you will hear a very pronounced doppler
shift.

In recording lots of accordions over lots of years I've found the
movement of the bellows to in fact be an issue with respect to an
improperly placed microphone.
