Anybody got a good hangover cure?????

The only cure is moderation and a time machine, but there are a few things
you can do to help ease the symptoms. Here's a few things that have
worked for me.

First, a cup of good, strong, good coffee. Yes, caffeine
is a diuretic, but it also helps to ease a headache and boosts the
effectiveness of most OTC pain relievers. WRT pain releavers, avoid
acetomenophen (Tylenol) at all costs; it's as toxic to your liver as
alcohol and you really don't need that right now. Alka-Seltzer is
probably your best bet, since it has ingredients to help protect your
stomach from the aspirin.

Drink as much water as you can. This will help flush toxins as well as
rehydrate you. One glass of OJ or Gatorade is good to put back some
electrolytes so you can keep more of the water you drink.
( eatinc capacitoer is NOT a good way to get your electrolytes.) The
B-Vitamin complex is a good idea. It would have been an even better
idea last night.

As soon as your stomach can take it, eat something light. Get some
roughage into your system if you can, most toxins removed by the liver are
eliminated through the colom (I think). Certain foods seem to put back
something you need, specifically - tomatoes, peppers, citrus (sounds like
Bloody Mary mix, doesn't it? That's probably not a coincidence.)
