ROTFLMAO.... I'm on my 5th set of roughs for the latest (possibly the last)
TimeWarp Tophands record. Every set of roughs finds something new to fix
in the two or three songs that contain a horn section. Then, scheduling dates
for the horns & studio takes a week, the date rolls around a week later, four
days later I get a new set of roughs, and a week later the client has listened
to them after waiting on the mail. Eight months this one has lingered on.
Mixdown however, will be a week long lockout... and maybe I'll get a nice
check for that which will help me pay rent, not visit Berlin. ;-)
