Bucky Burro needs Web Designer recommendations?

Hi everybody!
I'm stuck in purgatory with this dang www.buckyburro.com website.
It's online in a very half-assed way, and I need to find someone who
knows what they're doing to finish it up properly for me. I was hoping
one of y'all might have someone they could recommend to do this. It
would be ideal if they were in the L.A. area, but I guess that's not
really necessary at all, since I could just mail them a CD with all the
stuff on it wherever they were located.
My buddy Jason, the guy who's supposedly been working on this, is
driving me nuts at this point. He's very nice and does excellent work,
but at the speed of a snail in reverse gear, going uphill, in
wintertime. Aaarrrrgh! His wife just had a baby by "C" section and
he's had one legitimate excuse after the next, but it's been 3 months
now with no end in sight and I've got to bail on him at some point.
And he's happy to pass the project off to someone else, since he hasn't
slept in months. (Newborns!)
There's nothing particularly complicated about the website, just a
standard music site with MP3s, Lyrics, Photos, Shopping Cart, Blog,
etc. Jason has a rough page up at www.buckyburro.com with MP3 samples
and a working PayPal shopping cart. Also there's a functioning blog at
www.buckyburro.com/blog/ which I've been working on. And I've also
done rough sites at;
www.myspace.com/buckyburro and at cdbaby.com/cd/buckyburro
and there's the eBay ad at
http://search.ebay.com//search/search.dll?from=R40&satitle=jesus+tortilla
But we've been stuck at this stage for several months now and it's time
to get the rest of the main site up and running.
The only thing that's even slightly tricky is that I was hoping to
do a little 8 frame animation on the opening page with Bucky doing back
flips over top of my head. I've got all the elements, backgrounds,
etc. separated, cleaned up and sorted out in Photoshop so theoretically
it should be a piece of cake.
Anyways, if y'all know someone who might finish this site for me
at a price that's not too exorbitant, please let me know.
Thanks as always,
Rick. (and Bucky!)
