Audiophile 2496 - frequency range.

I am looking for data on M-Audio Audiophile frequency range at 96/16
and 96/24. The data which I was able to find on the internet were up
to 20 kHz, whereas I am interested also in the 20-40 kHz range. Data
on the output (DAC) would be most helpful, but results of a RMAA
loopback test from a user are also welcome.
I tried to get it from M-Audio, but got no results so far.
I will appreciate your help.
