Everytime I install MBOX driver system freezes automatically.

I've checked compatablility on digidesign.com. I've unsured my raid
controllers are off. I've disabled windows DEP. I've updated system
Pace drivers. I've installed latest version of protools. I Can't
figure it out. Each time I try to install Mbox drivers. Everything
freezes immediately. I'll post below, more than anyone could possibly
want to know about my cpu. Any help would be SO appreciated. 1 call
and 4 emails later from digidesign tech support and I'm still at square
