OK, I tried again, using a more orthodox approach.
This time I started out with a blank session and used the track context
menut to insert the file uw-ball -t16 into the first track.
The result was two tracks.
Track one two files inserted at vastly different times. One file was
inserted at 0:0:0, and the other was inserted at 1:12:25.
Track two had the third file inserted at 0:0:0.
How was that?
