You're going to have to make one.
Contact JRF Magnetics and ask them if they have a 6-track 1/4" head
in stock. (I am assuming this was one of the 1/4" machines.) If
they don't, I am sure they can make you one although it'll cost a lot.
You can then graft this onto any standard 1/4" transport.
The alternative would be to use an 8-track 1/4" machine and tweak the
head height adjustment to get things to sort-of line up. This will give
you very far from optimal S/N and frequency response, but will be less
expensive.
You could call Steve Puntolillo and ask if he already has a machine built
for this configuration, although I doubt he does. He might be willing to
split he cost of building a custom headstack with you, though.
