It's very ambiguous: they don't say anywhere in the manual or any of the marketing material 30 or 48v, just phantom power. "Phantom power for powering condenser microphones" I guess it doesn't really matter... but it does make it seem a lot cheaper.
The original link I posted still say "48v phantom power for studio-quality microphones."

I guess they don't consider the CMC6 or KM84 studio quality.
