John, I find it very interesting that you find a quick review of the
copyright law to be "a series of convoluted excuses".
I also find it interesting that you find Jenn's brief turnkey conducting
walk-on to be an example of "her craft". It's almost like you want us to
believe that the 30-odd highly skilled professional musicans, professional
recording staff, and the beautiful professionally-designed venue had nothing
to do with it at all.
