omissions have altered the meaning of the
original text. For comparison, here is what I

originally wrote:

a catastrophic decrease in circulation, from [more

years, has suffered swingeing staff cuts, and Mr.

has increased by 2% 2006-2007, to 75,300."

Rather different in meaning, as I am sure readers will
see for themselves.

Of equal interest to me, I wonder what "Foreign Policy" magazine's
circulation is compared to "Newsweek".
