Explain how greenhouse gases work. I bet you can't. It's another
overstated hypothesis.

**Are you serious? You're asking basic high school science stuff.

Actually NO it isn't.

Greenhouse gases include CO2, methane, water vapour and others. The gases act
as a
'blanket' to trap heat in.

The classic nonsense. They don't make a blanket at all. This is 'folk science'.

Now look at how water vapour in the atmosphere operates.

Graham, Graham, Graham. Let's not argue, let's look at those websites.

As I told you, I recently lost my browser bookmarks.

However, why don't you do some research for yourself, keeping an open mind ? It's all
out there. There are some damn serious top scientists who are saying with increasing
authority that the AGW scare is frankly ludicrous.

When nob first came in announcing there was no issue I had no
heartfelt opinion. The more research I did, the more convinced I
became that this is a very serious issue. I also noticed that, perhaps
by pure coincidence, the sources he quoted invariably had a link to
energy. "Why," I wondered, "would this be? Why is it necessary for
energy to be injected into arguments over whether or not the science
is valid?" I also wonder why much of it is based on Soon, Balalaika
(or whatever Sally's name is, you know, the one who cooks data),
Robinson (who's all over enzymes and has a religious bent to his
"research") and so on.

It's a question you may be able to answer satisfactorily. I couldn't.

THEN we can argue.

I have NO interest in arguing, or 'converting' you. It's quite clear to me now that
it's only a matter of time before AGW is exposed as the fraud it is.

Then it will run its course. No harm, no foul.

THEN, hopefully we can discuss climate issues sensibly without green politics and
their shout-you-down tactics swamping it.

I suggest you look at the Eeyore-to-everybody else ratio in this
thread. LOL!
