isn't even mercantilism.
So the Dutch weren't capitalists in the mid-1600s? Nor were the
English in the 1700s? Hm. I'll bet the employees (and owners) of the
Hudson Bay or Dutch West Indies companies, for example, were surprised
to hear that.
