I heard Kuhner interviewed on the radio about the Hillary campaign's
denial of involvement. He said their claims to consider suing over
this issue was false...in fact he called them out on the air over it.
He literally dared them to file a lawsuit over it.
He said that they will not sue because in discovery he will be able
to put their investigators who went to Indonesia on the record
under oath. They can't have that...so they won't sue.

The suit would be over the claim that the charge came from Hillary's
campaign. Not worth the trouble.

I haven't heard mention of the Clinton campaign filing suit yet...

What rug? The story was debunked thoroughly and revealed shoddy
journalistic practices at some of the right-wing organs.

The story was of an investigation conducted by the Clinton campaign.
That story has not been debunked at all.

The total lack of supporting evidence is sufficient.
