I get sick of people being accused of 'not supporting the troops' if
they don't support the current policies. I get sick of them having
their patriotism questioned. The incorrectness of those positions,
if
nothing else, is a lesson we should've learned from Vietnam. This
includes people like Murtha, Kerry, Zinni, Cindy Sheehan, and all
the
Libs (and those rare, few neocons who are brave enough to break
ranks)
who get continually bashed by this administration. (This is, BTW,
not
directed at anybody here.)
From Cindy Sheehan:
"Am I emotional? Yes, my first born was murdered. Am I angry? Yes, he
was
killed
for lies and for a PNAC Neo-Con agenda to benefit Israel. My son
joined
the
army
to protect America, not Israel."
"The biggest terrorist in the world is George W. Bush,"
"What they're saying, too, is like, it's OK for Israel to have
nuclear
wapons. But Iran
or Syria better not get nuclear weapons. ... It's OK for Israel to
occupy
Palestine, ...
for the United States to occupy Iraq, but it's not OK for Syria to be
in
Lebanon. They're a
bunch of (expletive) hypocrites."
"We were told that we were attacked on 9/11 because the terrorists
hate
our
freedoms
and democracy ... not for the real reason, because the Arab Muslims
who
attacked us hate our Middle-Eastern foreign policy."
"This... this... 'coyote' is like, just another tool of this
wicked
administration, ...
I mean are we supposed to accept the fact that it's okay for a
predator
like
this to have nuclear weapons but it's not okay for say, a road runner
or
a
baby
harp seal? Coyotes like Wile E. are already waging nuclear war on
defenseless
road runners every day. I believe the pictures taken by my undercover
operatives speak for themselves."
"I admire President Chavez for his strength to resist the United
States.
Instead, Bush is waging a war of terrorism against the world"
"When I was growing up, it was 'Communists'. Now it's 'Terrorists'.
So you always have to have somebody to fight and be afraid of, so the
war
machine can build more bombs, guns, and bullets and everything. "
"Our government is run by one party, every level, and the mainstream
media is a propaganda tool for the government."
"I was raised in a country by a public school system that taught us
that
America was good, that America was just. America has been killing
people...
since we first stepped on this continent; we have been responsible for
death
and
destruction. I passed on that bulls**t to my son, and my son enlisted.
I'm
going
all over the country telling moms this country is not worth dying
for."

The heart of her afenda is that she hates Israel
and wants the Muslem states to go nuclear.
Read and understand this, then repost the Sheehan stuff:

done
So tell me how you deconflict this statement (for example) by Sheehan:
"We were told that we were attacked on 9/11 because the terrorists hate
our freedoms and democracy ... not for the real reason, because the
Arab Muslims who attacked us hate our Middle-Eastern foreign policy."
and this one:
"Referring to the repeated mantra from the White House that those who
oppose the US in the Middle East "hate our freedoms", the report
says: "Muslims do not 'hate our freedoms', but rather, they hate
our policies. The overwhelming majority voice their objections to what
they see as one-sided support in favour of Israel and against
Palestinian rights, and the long-standing, even increasing support, for
what Muslims collectively see as tyrannies, most notably Egypt, Saudi
Arabia, Jordan, Pakistan and the Gulf states."
"Thus when American public diplomacy talks about bringing democracy
to Islamic societies, this is seen as no more than self-serving hypo
crisy. Moreover, saying that 'freedom is the future of the Middle
East' is seen as patronising ... in the eyes of Muslims, the American
occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq has not led to democracy there, but
only more chaos and suffering. US actions appear in contrast to be
motivated by ulterior motives, and deliberately controlled in order to
best serve American national interests at the expense of truly Muslim
self-determination."
Sorry, guy, but Sheehan is telling the truth. bushie and crew are not.
Too bad that you're too dense to see it.
The Middle Eastern policy they hate is OUR SUPPORT FOR ISRAEL.
there is nothing to deconflict.
