**I believed the line about as much as I believe almost
anything
George
W
Bush has to say. It was still a funny line, with some basis
in
truth.

It was stupid and absurd with no basis in truth and only
an ignoramus would think so.

**Really? What do you make of this?

I wonder why the San Fransicko Chronicle cares what the good
people
of
PA are doing in their schools and why they think its any of their
business?
I'm sure the good people of PA don't give a crap what San
Fransicko
<snip>

Why would you and "Savage" call SF that?

Cuz it was a funny line, with some basis in truth.

Oh. I guess I don't get it.

Like I didn't get Trevor's.
No need to duck.

ScottW

Sure. I have a pretty clear idea of how "Savage" uses the word.

Yes but you don't see the parallels of me ridiculing San Fran
of which I know really very little beyond the screwball politicians
they keep sending to state legislature while Trevor sits half a world
away and draws conclusions on all US school systems based on one
article in the Chronicle and then implies that US religious beliefs
should determined by public school policy.

**And THAT would be projection. I cited more evidence for the failings of
the US school system in the same post. You, however, conveniently neglected
to read it.

I read it and you conveniently neglect that neither establishment nor
destruction of religious faith is a public school juridiction.

Its called secularism, your fascist beliefs are in stark contrast.

Does Trevor believe in secularism or is he really trying to get
government to promote his atheism?

**Religion has no place in schools, nor in government. I don't care what
people pray to, as long as they do not inflict their oddball beliefs on
children. That is nothing less than child abuse. The test for religion
should roughly the same as what it is for any consumer product, or service:
Prove it, or withdraw the claim (and the advertising). Simple.

Your trying to impose your beliefs on everyone via our public
schools.
Though I'm not religious I see you can have very liitle faith in
anything.
