Given the best possibilities related to who animates the George sockpuppet,
it is reasonble to suspect that this person could be expected to know how to
be nice.
This hidden real-world person wants to preserve his reputation for being a
nice person by hiding behind the "George" persona, so that he can secretly
do the very many very ugly things that we all know that George has done.
It's all a lie, both inwardly and outwardly.
Now, we're talking about a truely sad situation. :-(
