Many (or at least some) head units allow you to program in a volume

menus to do it, of course.

John

I have just purchased an ipod nano 3g whilst in the US, when playing
through my car stereo (VDO cd radio)the volume is quite low.It is OK if
I turn the stereo volume control up, but when changing to the radio it
is very loud.
How can I solve this problem?
If the problem cannot be solved, will it damage the radio / speakers by
turning up the volume when playing the ipod.
